Treading the line is Owen Brewster and Jackson Laybourn’s Directorial debut. Experienced in touring remote conditions the pair have a strong desire to protect where they cycle.
Hence, the treading the line project. The pair hope to use this film to enable them to tell more stories in a similar fashion in the future.
For a First film, Treading The Line was a huge undertaking: A 30 minute investigative and adventure documentary on a controversial and suppressed issue, all in East Africa. It was a baptism by fire into the film world.
